The paints used in our Rainbow are water-based and colored using natural vegetable pigments and oils. Colors do not bleed when exposed to wet hands, saliva or light moisture. It is easily cleaned by wiping with a slightly damp cloth. All paints and preservatives are in accordance with EN71-3 child health and safety standards.
They are perfect companions and gifts for young children and toddlers to build their own stories.

Absolutely beautiful- brilliant colours, well-crafted, nice feel in your hands. They've been in our house for about an hour and they've already inspired my kids to build a large, imaginative city scene.

Great quality wooden rainbow, semi-circles, and flat boards. I was looking for something comparable to Grimm's, but without the Grimm's price tag, and this was a great alternative that I was able to get on sale. Might be a bit smaller than the Grimm's brand. Some of the pieces have a few streaks of other colours of paint on them (e.g. some magenta streaks on the yellow piece) but not a huge deal for me. The packaging left something to be desired though, my box arrived squished and ripped, and when I opened it the plastic for the rainbow and semi-circles was torn open and the pieces were all over. The board pieces were still wrapped. Could have used some kind of packing filler in the box. Other than that, the product itself seems well-made.
